1925 N.Y. YANKEES CHECK SIGNED BY RUPPERT & BARROW w/COA

This incredible original New York Yankees check is dated August 13, 1925. It is made out to the Chicago American League Baseball Club in the amount of $6,608.70 for their share of the gate for games played from August 9- 13 of that year. Most importantly, they are signed by the then owner of the Yankees, Jacob Ruppert and top executive (and Hall of Famer) Edward Grant Barrow. The check has been punched as "Paid" and is in excellent plus condition. It comes with a COA from James Spence Authentication. A terrific piece of baseball history.
