Offered is a great-looking vintage souvenir in which a towering Rockne with football in hand, stands over the old Notre Dame Stadium. The front reads; “For when the One Great Scorer comes to write against your name, he writes not that you won or lost but how you played the game”. The maker name, D. Gotlieb & Co, Chicago Ill. , are on the bottom along with patent pending. Overall, great patina and a nice display piece in excellent condition.
