This is one of the nicest Brooklyn Dodgers items that we've ever handled in our almost 40 years in the hobby. It is a banner welcoming the Brooklyn Dodgers back home after ther 1949 N.L. Championship Season. These banners were issued yearly and only a handful are known to exist. It measures about 29" x 32". It is a satin finish and a fringe border at the bottom. It has bright coloring and is one of the nicest examples of this kind of banner that we've ever seen.
