This mini bobbing head is a versiobn issued by the New York Yankees and probably was only sold at Yankee Stadium. The face has an Oriental look to it. It has pad stamped lettering on the hat, chest and base. There is only a faint hint of a hairline under his chin, but otherwise it is near mint.
