These plastic charms (circa 40s/50s)  were usually obtained from a gumball machine. They typically feature the image of athletes, movie stars, politicians, and comic book characters. They can come with different color frames and poses. This one features the image of Devil- "Phantom's Dog". It's in excellent condition.
