Here's a great-looking statue set that is part of a series issued by Danbury Mint showing famous baseball teams. This one is of the 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers- the only Dodgers team to win a World Championship in Brooklyn. The statues stand on a wooden base with the team's name on a plaque. It's about 28" long and finely detailed. This team included Hall of Famers Jackie Robinson, Pee Wee Reese, Duke Snider, Roy Campanella, Gil Hodges, and Walter Alston. It was issued in the '90s. The statue is in near-mint condition. There is no box.
