This great looking doll was part of a hard to find series of Nursery Rhymes bobbing heads. It is of Old King Cole. It has nice coloring and a strong base decal. There's a very light hairline on the back rim of the head and some roughness under the rim. There is also minimal paint loss on one corner of the base. It still displays nicely.
