This model kit was part of Aurora's "Great Moments in Sport" series. There were 6 different kits that were issued in 1965. This Ruth kit is one of the most desirable. It depicts Ruth hitting his famous 60th home run of the 1927 season. The artwork on the box cover is spectacular. This kit is still sealed with its original cellophane. The box itself is in excellent + condition.
