Although they are technically not bobbing heads (the head does not move), the Lil Dribbler series of the late 60's are usually put in that category by collectors. They are made of paper-mache and only the ball has movement. This Chicago Bulls doll is the white player version. It is in mint condition and is still sealed in its original cellophane.
