1963 PAUL WANER "HALL OF FAME" BUST w/BOX

This statue is part of a series of 20 Hall of Fame busts issued in the early 60's. The players are listed on the back, with the last 10 (referred to as the "2nd series") being much more difficult to find. This Paul Waner is part of the 2nd series. It is in beautiful near mint condition. There is a red dye spot (caused from the back of the box) on the back of his hat, but there are no chips or cracks & the plaque is perfect. It comes with its original box (no cellophane) which is also in near mint condition. Just a beautiful display piece from one of the most under-rated series in the hobby.
