This plaque was part of a series of AFL & NFL plaques sold at "Sears" in the late 60's. It is of the baltimore Colts and features a large sized half helmet. It is made of plastic and is encased in a simulated wood frame. There is a plaque on the bottom of the frame identifying the team. The helmet itself is in excellent plus condition, but the frame has several cracks and chips. It still will display beautifully.
