Led by the always optomistic Tug McGraw and his battle cry "Ya Gotta Believe", the Mets made a late season charge that carried them to the 1973 World Series. It would be the great Willie Mays final days as a player as the Mets lost to the A's in 7 games. A scroll of the players is on the left hand side along with the Mets logo. The pennant measures close to 30" long. There is noticeable wear along the left hand border and some minor discoloration along the top and bottom borders. It's still in very good condition and will display nicely.
