There were several different umpire bobbing heads issued in the 60's. this one is one of the tougher to find. This guy wears a balloon chest portector and carries his face mask. "Safe" is pad stamped on the base. The doll has a flea bite sized paint fleck on the brim of the hat. There are no chips or cracks, but the original owner painted "John" on the top of the base. It's still a beauty.
