This is one of only two actual players (Mantle is the other) that were issued as part of baseball's Miniature series of the early 60's. It's of the N.Y. Yankees Roger Maris, and this example comes with its original box. The doll has super bright coloring and very strong decals. There are no chips or cracks - this doll grades a strong near mint. The box has a caricature of Maris and declares him as "Mr. Home Run". The pictured flap of the box is loose, and the box can only grade as rough. It still displays nicely.
