This doll is from one of Baseball's earliest series- the Miniatures of the early 60's. They were issued about the same time that the standard-size White Base series came out and are the perfect compliment to those dolls. They are logistically easier to display as they stand between 4" & 5" tall. Most are equipped with a magnet under the base, and many older collectors have fond memories of them on the metal dashboards of cards. This Houston Astros doll has bright coloring and strong decals. There's a light hairline on the back of the hat that cannot be seen when displayed. It features a fantastic mascot head. This doll is a beauty!
