This game is famous for the Yankees rally in the 9th inning to win the game. With 2 outs and no runners on in the 9th inning, the Yankees would score 4 runs to win 7-4. The rally was aided by a third strike pass ball by Dodgers catcher Mickey Own that would have ended the game. The Yanks would win the series 4-1.
The stub has a clean face. The verso side has some very minor discoloration. There is a light crease. The game was played at Ebbets Field.
