This plastic plaque was part of a series of NFL/AFL teams in the mid 60's. It measures 7" x 9.5" and features a half helmet within a simulated frame. The verso side lists the rest of the teams in the league and has a spot to obtain autographs. This Green Bay Packers  plaque has the usual chipping in the corners of the frame, but it still displays beautifully.
