This doll is from one of Baseball's earliest series of bobbing heads- the White base of the early 60's. It's of the Pittsburgh Pirates and features an amazing mascot head. This doll is considered one of the "key" dolls in the series and is not easy to find. It has nice bright coloring and a strong base decal. There are no chips or cracks and just minimal roughness under the rim of the head. There is a small nick on the back of the base that cannot be seen when displayed. It would still have to grade near mint.
