60's Cleveland Indians Blackface Bobbing head. It has a pen tip size chip under the brim of the cap as well as a scratch on the cap. The decals are in pretty good shape and the doll would have to grade near mint. I see no cracks or chips other than what was mentioned. All Blackface dolls are tough to find, but this one is one of the tougher ones. It might be a while before you see another!
