VINTAGE NEW YORK YANKEES "KAIL" STATUE w/FRED KAIL COA

This amazing statue was one of the first baseball teams cast by famed sports artist Fred Kail. It's of the N.Y. Yankees and came directly from Mr. Kail's personal collection. There were only 100 baseball statues cast back in the late 50's by the Roman Art Company. This one was hand painted by Mr. Kail and is one of only a few N.Y. Yankees known to exist. It stands about 8.5" tall. It has the "FAK" stamp on the back of the base and has been recently signed by Mr. Kail under the base. There is a very light hairline on the barrel of the bat that does not affect its appearance when displayed.
