There were not many bobbing head basketball dolls issued in the 60's. This Seattle Sonics doll is from a small series of Gold base dolls. It is the "Black Face" variation. The doll has awesome coloring and strong decals. There is a light hairline in the back of the head and some crackling of the paint on the base and right foot. The white marks you see on the face and body is glare from the flash of the camera.It still displays beautifully.
