1955 BROOKLYN DODGERS "WORLD CHAMPIONS" PENNANT

The much spoken phrase "Wait till Next Year" finally expired after the Dodgers 1955 World Series victory over the Yankees. This pennant was issued shortly after the season ended and celebrated the Dodgers only World Championship in Brooklyn.

This pennant measures 24' long. There are a few tack holes and the tip is slightly frayed. The color has faded somewhat, but it still displays nicely. A great remembrance for any old Brooklyn Dodger fan.
