WOW! This doll is nearly impossible to find and one of the "Holy Grails" of the hobby. It's Popeye It's super bright & clean. There are no chips or cracks, but this doll has been restored and the base decal enhanced. It's still an incredible looking doll and one that is rarely offered for sale in any condition.
