60's WILLIE MAYS "GOLD BASE" BOBBING HEAD - w/BOX- RARE

This is the super rare Willie Mays Gold base doll. Besides the gold base, it is essentially the same doll as the white base version with some subtle differences. This version corrects the spelling of his first name and also comes with the #24 decal on the back of his jersey. It has bright coloring . There's some minor wear to the chest decal. There is an extremely small nick on the back rim of the head- but we still grade this doll near mint. It comes with its original box. Remember- this is not an easy doll to find!
