This terrific looking souvenir statue was sold during the 1956 World Series played between the N.Y. Yankees and their cross-town rivals- the Brooklyn Dodgers. The series was won by the Yankees and highlighted by Don Larsen's "Perfect Game". The silver statue stands about 6" tall. There is also a silver plated plaque on the front of the base.  Overall it's in excellent + condition. It's not an easy piece to find.
